From Washington, DC, and points south: Take the George Washington Memorial Parkway north to I-495 ramp towards Maryland. Continue on the I-270-Spur north toward Rockville/Frederick. Take the MD-189 exit 5 to Falls Road North/Rockville/Town Center. Bear Right at Great Falls Road. Bear right at Maryland Avenue.

From Frederick, MD, and points north: Take I-270 South towards Rockville. Bear right at I-270 Local south and head towards Shady Grove Road/Local Lanes. Take the MD-28 exit 6B-A. Turn left at West Montgomery Avenue. Bear right at West Jefferson Street. Turn left at Courthouse Square/Maryland Avenue.

Town Square Garages
State-of-the-art signs guide drivers to available parking spaces at each of the three new city-owned Town Square garages. Inside these garages, signs at each end of the lanes and lights above each space guide drivers quickly to open spaces. Garages have on-site personnel and security cameras.

Parking Rates and Hours Change in Parking Garages
As of Thursday, July 1, the hours of paid parking are increasing in three City-owned parking garages. Parking is $1/hour Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m. and $1 flat fee after 6 p.m. On Saturdays parking is $1 flat fee. Sundays and Holidays are free. Town Square garages are open 24 hours a day.
